Inbound Call Opener/Closer (Tax Resolution / U.S. Tax Experience Required)

We’re looking for a professional phone opener with excellent English communication skills to handle incoming calls for a U.S.-based tax firm. Your role is simple but extremely important: answer inbound calls, greet the prospect warmly, ask a few qualifying questions, and transfer the call to our lead tax consultant.

We specialize in IRS and state tax resolution (Offers in Compromise, back taxes, unfiled returns, payment plans, etc.), so experience in the U.S. tax preparation or tax relief industry is strongly preferred.

Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally

Transfer qualified leads directly to our senior consultant (warm transfer)

Log brief call notes in our CRM

Maintain a friendly, confident, and conversational tone at all times
