About Us:
Degree Wellness is a fast-growing wellness studio brand based in Atlanta, GA (USA). Our mission is to help people feel, look, and perform at their best through innovative recovery and wellness services, including infrared saunas, cryotherapy, IV drips, and more. As we expand, we’re looking for a Virtual Sales Associate from the Philippines to support our client growth and community engagement.

Role Overview
The Virtual Sales Associate will be the front line of our sales and marketing outreach. You’ll manage leads, follow up with clients, assist with event coordination, and handle social media engagement. This is a remote position, but you’ll play a key role in shaping the experience of our local clients in Atlanta by keeping them informed, engaged, and excited about Degree Wellness.

Key Responsibilities
Lead & Client Management:
Respond to inbound leads via email, text, and social platforms.
Schedule consultations, appointments, and follow-ups.
Maintain client information in CRM and track pipeline activity.

Sales & Marketing Outreach:
Support grassroots marketing campaigns.
Engage with community groups online to generate interest.
Send outreach messages and nurture warm leads into memberships.

Event Support:
Assist in coordinating local community events (virtually).
Promote upcoming events through social channels and direct outreach.

Social Media & Content:
Post and engage on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Assist in creating simple graphics/captions (templates provided).
Monitor DMs and comments to respond to client inquiries.

Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or virtual assistance.
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
Comfortable with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and social media platforms.
Organized, proactive, and reliable with strong attention to detail.
Prior experience in health, wellness, fitness, or hospitality is a plus.
