AI Video Editor (CapCut + AI Tools) - Long Term Role

We’re looking for a hard-working, tech-savvy tea ---------- mber to help create short, simple videos for supplement ads.??This is a long-term role with consistent work, clear direction, and plenty of room to grow.?

You’ll mainly edit using CapCut, and we’ll guide you through the rest. Experience with AI tools (like ElevenLabs or image/video generators) is a plus, but not required. You’ll receive training and creative direction along the way.

What You’ll Do
* Edit short ad videos in CapCut, following clear examples and brand guidelines.
* Generate voiceovers using ElevenLabs (training provided).
* Use or learn simple AI tools to create matching visuals for each script.
* Deliver polished videos ready for social media ads.

Requirements
* CapCut experience (essential).
* Comfortable using technology and learning new tools quickly.
* Experience with AI tools eg Elevenlabs, Heygen (Preferred)
* Reliable, consistent, and able to follow a clear workflow.
* Willing to work hard, take feedback, and continuously improve.
* Available full-time (40 hours per week), with opportunities for overtime and bonuses.
