Role Overview
We’re seeking a Graphic Designer who has a strong eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency. You’ll work directly with the Creative Director (Susana) to design visual assets that tell the Never Have I Ever story across digital, retail, and packaging touchpoints.
You’ll be responsible for creating visually compelling layouts on Canva and Figma, helping us maintain a cohesive brand look across campaigns, social media, and marketing materials.
Responsibilities
Design marketing materials including social media posts, newsletters, web banners, and product cards.
Create visual layouts for upcoming artist collections and seasonal campaigns.
Support product packaging and merchandising mock-ups.
Maintain and organize design assets on Figma and Canva.
Work closely with the marketing and sales team to bring visual ideas to life.
Assist in creating mood boards, lookbooks, and presentation decks for retail partners.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Canva and Figma (must be comfortable building and editing layouts).
Strong design sense—especially with color, typography, and composition.
Experience designing for beauty, lifestyle, or fashion brands is a plus.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to feedback.
Bonus: Familiarity with photo editing, short-form video layout, or motion graphics.
