JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced Virtual Real Estate Assistant to support our growing real estate business, covering both residential and commercial properties. This is a remote position designed for someone who understands the real estate industry and is comfortable managing multiple tasks to help streamline operations, enhance client satisfaction, and increase sales productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
???? Client & Lead Management

Manage CRM and follow-up systems for buyer, seller, and investor leads

Schedule showings, inspections, and property walkthroughs

Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or text

Prepare buyer and seller packets and coordinate intake

???? Listing & Transaction Support

Input and manage MLS listings (residential & commercial)

Draft and send listing agreements, disclosures, and contracts

Coordinate and track transaction timelines (contingencies, appraisals, closings)

Communicate with title companies, lenders, attorneys, and other vendors

???? Commercial-Specific Duties

Assist with lease agreements, LOIs, tenant coordination, and occupancy details

Research and prepare commercial property data sheets

Analyze rental comps and property performance metrics

???? Marketing & Branding

Create and schedule social media content for property promotion

Design flyers, property brochures, and listing presentations

Post listings to real estate platforms and syndication networks

Monitor ad performance and track leads from marketing campaigns

???? Admin & Research Tasks

Research properties, zoning, tax records, and valuation trends

Maintain organized digital files and records for all transactions

Prepare weekly activity reports for team review

Assist with onboarding of new agents or clients

Qualifications:

2+ years of real estate support experience (residential and commercial preferred)

Knowledge of MLS systems, CRMs (like gohighlevel), Dotloop, DocuSign, etc.

Proficient with Canva, Google Workspace, Excel, and social media platforms

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Self-starter with excellent time management

Must maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Preferred Traits:

Prior experience supporting a high-volume realtor or broker

Familiarity with Alabama or Georgia markets a plus

Comfortable with occasional client calls or virtual meetings

Licensed (optional, but a plus)
