About the Role
We’re looking for a confident, motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR / BDR) who loves the challenge of starting meaningful business conversations and consistently driving results.
You’ll research U.S.-based companies that are a great fit for our recruiting services and reach out to key decision makers through a strategic mix of calls,
This isn’t a “just follow the script” job. We’re looking for someone who’s strategic, consistent, and relentless; someone who adapts, fine-tunes their approach, and stays focused on measurable results every day.

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in outbound calling to U.S.-based companies
Excellent English communication — clear, confident, and personable
Prior experience as an SDR / BDR (B2B experience preferred)
Comfortable using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and calling platforms
A driven, resilient mindset — you stay positive, persistent, and always look for ways to improve
Bonus Points:
Experience working, studying, or collaborating with U.S.-based teams
Enjoy testing and improving your outreach strategies (messaging, tools, or cadence)
