Transaction Coordinator

I need an experienced Transaction Coordinator to handle all of my real estate deals from the Sellers Disclosures to ordering the final water reads and the key exchanges. I am a full-time real estate agent that averages 5 deals/mo and I'm looking to expand to more. I need a serous transaction coordinator that is punctual, formal, and is good at what they do. You will be in chain emails with sellers, buyers, lenders, and title companies. I am happy to hop on a call and walk you through my systems and see if we are a good fit.
