I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented social media manager who can take hundreds of raw clips and turn them into consistent, high-performing TikToks, Instagram Reels/Posts and
What you’ll do (daily & recurring)
Review, ingest, and organize raw video clips each week into a clear folder structure (Google Drive ).
Edit and export vertical video content (9:16) and square/crop versions as needed: Reels, TikToks, FB posts — multiple cut lengths from the same source.
Create daily reels/TikToks and IG/FB posts (short-form + caption + hashtags + CTA) according to a content calendar.
Add captions/subtitles, on-screen text, titles, thumbnails, and light motion graphics when needed.
Research and apply high-ROI hashtags and posting times for engagement optimization.
Schedule posts using Meta Business Suite / Creator Studio / Later / Buffer (or similar), and ensure posting occurs on time.
Re-purpose long videos (IGTV/YouTube/IG Lives) into short clips and story content.
Monitor basic analytics (reach, engagement, saves, comments) and report weekly performance with insights and quick optimizations.
Maintain an organized asset library: consistent file naming, version control, and a searchable folder structure.
Collaborate with the owner on captions, promotions, and campaign briefs; implement feedback quickly.
Required skills & tools
Proven video editing ability — clean cuts, pacing for social platforms, vertical-first storytelling. (Can’t be just slideshow-makers.)
Strong experience with at least one of: Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut / InShot. Able to deliver professional-looking edits quickly.
Familiar with TikTok trends, Instagram Reels best practices, and
Ability to create accurate captions/subtitles (burned-in or SRT).
Experience with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, or Planoly).
Excellent file organization skills — Google Drive / Airtable / Notion experience preferred.
Good English for captions and communication.
Fast turnaround and consistent availability for scheduled posts.
Portfolio of previous social media video work required (links to profiles and raw-to-final examples).
Nice-to-haves
Experience running small paid ad creatives or creating performance-first ad cuts.
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop).
Experience working with spa/beauty/wellness brands or similar niches.
