OVERVIEW

SRGE Inc. is transitioning from a consulting services model to a technology-driven platform company focused on supporting underrepresented contractors in the construction industry. The website requires a complete redesign to address inconsistent positioning, too many CTAs, and poor user journeys for different audience segments.
