Affiliate & Influencer Acquisition Manager – Performance-Based Marketing

We’re now looking for a highly organized Affiliate Manager who can help us build, manage, and grow our army of performance-based creators (affiliates, micro-influencers, and content partners).

???? Your Core Responsibilities
1?? Affiliate Sourcing & Recruitment
• Find and contact new affiliate partners and creators (especially on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Use tools like Phantombuster, TexAu, or other automation tools for outreach and data collection.
• Build and maintain an Airtable database of all potential and active affiliates.
2?? Affiliate Onboarding & Communication
• Set up affiliate accounts and tracking links (via Tapfiliate or similar).
• Send welcome messages, explain how our program works, and share content kits.
• Answer questions, help affiliates with basic technical issues, and manage the te ---------- group.
3?? Affiliate Relationship Management
• Keep affiliates motivated through updates, new offers, and leaderboard messages.
• Help identify top-performing affiliates and organize bonus campaigns.
4?? Weekly Data Reporting
• Create and update weekly reports in Airtable or Google Sheets:

? active promoters
? top performers and total sales
• Track basic KPIs like clicks, conversion rate, and earnings per click (EPC).

???? Skills & Experience
Must-have skills:
• Experience with affiliate management or creator outreach
• Confident using Phantombuster, Airtable, or similar automation tools
• Fluent written English (for communication with affiliates)
• Strong organization and follow-up habits
• Comfortable working independently and reporting progress
Nice-to-have:
• Experience with Tapfiliate, Rewardful, or other affiliate software
• Basic knowledge of Zapier / Make (Integromat) automations
• Experience managing Telegram or ---------- communities
• Analytical mindset (you like tracking numbers and improving processes)
