We’re looking for an experienced Tech/VA Specialist to join our team. This role is focused on onboarding, tech systems, and automations — someone who knows how to streamline workflows and keep everything running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

- Manage client onboarding processes efficiently.

- Build and optimize automations with Make, Zapier, and Go High Level.

- Work with Google Sheets, Slack, and project management tools.

- Support Facebook Ads operations and reporting.

- Use AI tools to improve workflows and productivity.

Requirements:

- Proven experience with automation platforms and CRM systems.

- Strong skills in tech setups, troubleshooting, and integrations.

- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.

Offer:

- $400/month

~20 hours per week

- Remote, flexible work environment
