JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a fast-growing e-commerce brand selling in Australia and our products already perform extremely well and now we’re looking for a Creative Director who can help us scale to the next level.

We’re looking for someone who blends creative vision with operational precision.

This is not a simple graphic or content role — this is for someone who can lead creative strategy, manage content pipelines, and build a high-performing creative system that consistently delivers high-impact visuals, videos and campaigns.

You will oversee our entire creative infrastructure: from concept, briefs, and brand consistency, to managing designers, editors and UGC creators. If you can translate brand strategy into execution and love building systems that scale creative output — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative Strategy & Direction
- Develop and maintain the brand’s visual and storytelling direction across all platforms (Meta, Pinterest, YouTube, email, website).
- Generate high-level creative concepts, hooks, and ad angles that drive conversions.
- Review and approve creative assets, ensuring brand consistency and high output quality.

2. Content Operations & Workflow Management
- Build and manage a streamlined creative pipeline (briefing ? production ? review ? delivery).
- Organize and oversee designers, video editors, copywriters, and UGC creators.
- Set clear deadlines, feedback loops, and performance standards for all creative output.

3. Performance & Optimization
- Analyze top-performing ads and content to identify winning patterns and themes.
- Collaborate with media buyers to continuously improve creatives based on data.
- Maintain a creative library and track version testing (hooks, formats, offers).

4. Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead weekly creative meetings to align on priorities and deliverables.
- Communicate closely with marketing, product, and growth teams.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new creative tea ---------- mbers or freelancers.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of creative leadership experience in e-commerce, agency, or DTC brands
- Proven success managing creative teams and content production workflows
- Strong understanding of performance creatives (Meta/TikTok Ads, UGC, email content)
- Ability to convert data insights into creative strategy and iterations
- High-level communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in tools like Asana, ClickUp, Notion, Figma, Google Drive
