JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a reliable and friendly Customer Support Assistant to join our team. You’ll be helping our software users by responding to emails, messages, and community questions inside ---------- . You’ll also assist with basic admin tasks to help keep things organized and running smoothly.
