You’ll manage guest messaging, streamline systems (MEWS, Operto, Toast, QuickBooks), and organize communication for ownership.

Your Main Responsibilities
-Manage all guest communication through Operto Guest Book, MEWS, and other systems (automated + manual replies).
- Handle simple guest inquiries via
- Ensure all platforms (MEWS, Operto, QuickBooks, Toast POS) are properly connected and communicating, including guest charge-to-room functionality between MEWS and Toast.
- Organize owner
- Oversee reservation requests, adjustments, and package upgrades through MEWS or
- Send reports and data to the accounting team to ensure accuracy in QuickBooks.
- Help automate and improve guest communication flows using tools like Zapier.
- Keep all systems clean, consistent, and aligned across departments.
