We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to manage accounting and financial tasks across multiple entities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling full-charge bookkeeping responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online
Handle AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and monthly closings
Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely financial updates
Coordinate with management and external partners (e.g., payroll, tax, and audit teams)
Qualifications:
3+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience (multi-entity preferred)
Strong expertise in QuickBooks Online
Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
