Cold Email Specialist (No Calls | Fixed + Per Appointment Bonus)

Our mission is to connect small and medium-sized businesses with ready-to-buy customers.

We are looking for a Cold Email Specialist with a proven track record in building and managing successful cold email campaigns. This is not a sales or calling role; it is purely focused on cold email strategy, execution, and optimisation.

Responsibilities:
Build and manage cold email campaigns for U.S. and European local service companies.
Research, source, and validate lead lists using tools such as Clay, Apollo, or Google Maps.
Configure sending domains and inboxes, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records.
Write and test short, personalized, and effective cold email sequences.
Manage inboxes, handle replies, and track conversions into appointments.
Monitor campaign metrics (open rates, reply rates, booked appointments) and continuously improve performance.

Requirements
Proven experience running cold email campaigns (Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, MailFlow, or similar).
Strong understanding of email deliverability, domain setup, and warm-up best practices.
Experience sourcing and qualifying leads for local SMBs (cleaning, janitorial, HVAC, etc.).
Excellent written English and ability to write concise, engaging copy.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to guide improvements.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

Preferred Experience
Familiarity with AI tools for personalization (e.g., ChatGPT, Clay).
Understanding of appointment-setting funnels or local lead generation workflows.
Experience working with U.S.-based small business clients.

Compensation
Fixed monthly base pay (depending on experience)
Performance-based bonus for each qualified appointment booked through your campaigns.
Long-term growth opportunity with potential to advance to Cold Email Operations Manager.
