I am looking for a full-time Content Operator with proven experience in creative production and content growth — for example, editing YouTube videos for high retention, producing ad creatives that convert, or scaling channels from 0 to monetization.
Bonus if you have cross-platform experience (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) with measurable results. You will be a key part of my content and e-commerce ecosystem, working directly with me and my UAE-based company..
This role is full-time and exclusive, designed for someone ambitious, intelligent, and results-driven.

Responsibilities
Create and edit ad creatives for e-commerce and D2C brands


Edit YouTube videos for high retention and watch time


Manage full creative production (cutting, editing, polishing content)


Deliver scripts, edits, and creative assets on time


Repurpose videos across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram


Execute creative tests and workflow optimizations


Collaborate with the E-Commerce Operator who handles strategy and marketing



Requirements
Proven experience in YouTube or social-media content production


Familiarity with retention tactics and high-performing creative formats


Reliable, organized, and consistent communicator


Strong written English and visual storytelling ability


Stable internet connection and capable editing hardware



Preferred
Experience growing a channel from 0 to monetization


Experience producing short-form ads for paid traffic


Knowledge of editing or design tools (Premiere, Final Cut, Photoshop, CapCut, Descript, Canva, etc.)


Understanding of analytics, thumbnails, hooks, and CTR improvement



Compensation & Growth
Base Pay: $700 per month (full-time, 10 hours per day, 6 days per week)


Schedule: Paid weekly through the company’s standard payroll system once hired


Bonuses: Performance-based incentives and future profit participation can be discussed


Career Path: Potential to advance into Head of Content / Creative Director roles ($3 K – $7 K + per month possible over time for top performers)
