E-Commerce Operator (Shopify Growth Partner | Full-Time | Long-Term)
I am hiring a full-time E-Commerce Operator to help build and scale multiple Shopify brands under my UAE-based free-zone company.
You will work directly with me on store management, store creation, product optimization, and marketing performance — helping turn existing projects into consistent profit.
This is not a basic VA job; it’s an operational growth role for someone ambitious, intelligent, and capable of handling full store systems.

Responsibilities
Manage Shopify products, variants, and pricing


Track ad, creative, and landing-page performance


Coordinate with designers, editors, and freelancers


Review analytics (ROAS, CTR, AOV, Conversion Rate)


Write or improve product descriptions, offers, copy, and scripts


Suggest and test conversion improvements


Support content-related side projects (e.g., YouTube operations)



Requirements
Proven Shopify or e-commerce operations experience


Understanding of metrics and paid-traffic basics (FB / TikTok Ads)


Reliable, organized, and consistent communicator


Strong written English and analytical skills


Stable internet connection



Preferred
Experience scaling a store from 0 to profit


Proof of scaling a store (e.g., $10 K ? $100 K, $100 K ? $1 M ranges)


Experience helping a YouTube channel grow to monetization


Knowledge of email/SMS automations or UGC-ad workflows



Compensation & Growth
Base Pay: $700 per month (full-time, 10 hours per day, 6 days per week)


Schedule: Paid weekly through the company’s standard payroll system


Bonuses: Performance-based incentives and future profit participation can be discussed
