Looking to Hire a Rockstar Etsy Shop Manager

We are a fast-growing Etsy shop specializing in templates and forms for small business owners. As we expand, we are looking for a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team. This role starts as a Shop Assistant, with the potential to quickly advance to Shop Manager based on performance and skill set.

Responsibilities:

Initial Responsibilities:

- Understand the nature of our Etsy shop and conduct research on Etsy to come up with data-driven product ideas that we should pursue as a business.
- Perform Etsy keyword research to identify optimal keywords, tags, and descriptions for new products.

As You Grow:

- Develop and execute strategies to grow the shop based on Etsy marketplace data and our store's performance metrics.
- Create and manage new product listings.
- Engage with customers by answering inquiries, requesting reviews, handling custom orders, and responding to reviews.
- Manage Etsy ad campaigns with a budget of up to $500/day.
(Optional) Drive organic traffic through platforms like Pinterest.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience with the tasks listed above.
- A growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Etsy SEO and marketing strategies.
(Optional) Experience with Pinterest marketing.
