Expert Video Editor (Hype Fashion Ads)

Looking for an experienced editor that can replicate edits similar to the examples below. Looking for someone we can count on through the holiday season. We expect to deliver raw clips weekly and have a 48-72 hour turnaround depending on the level of difficulty involved in the edit. Must have experience color grading LOG footage, we have a powergrade/LUTs we use. Davinci Resolve would be required for this. We think paying per finished is best with a flat rate and then a lower rate for making variations of the same video with different hooks, lengths, etc. Ideally you already are experienced with creating videos specifically for high-converting ads or social virality on Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok.
