About Us
We’re My Lovely Lawn, a leading London-based landscaping and artificial grass company known for premium design, quality installations, and excellent customer care.
We’re expanding and looking for a smart, proactive, and reliable Virtual Assistant to join our growing team and help us manage day-to-day operations, client communication, and admin support.

Your Main Responsibilities
Respond to client enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone
Prepare and send professional quotes using our templates
Update and manage bookings, schedules, and follow-ups
Support the UK operations team with daily admin tasks
Communicate with our sales and installation teams to ensure smooth coordination
Keep client records organised and up-to-date
SELL, main thing at the end of the day is you have to be able to SELL our services, products and installations.

What We’re Looking For
Excellent English communication (minimum B2–C1 level) written and spoken
Strong attention to detail and time management
Confident using Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, Canva, and CRM tools
Professional and friendly communication style suited for UK clients
Experience in sales support, admin, or customer service (preferred)
