Video editor for social media content

Hi! My name is Victoria, and I’m a real estate agent based in the UK. I create a lot of videos for social media to promote my listings, share market insights, and connect with clients.

I’m looking for a creative and proactive video editor who can work closely with me — not just to edit videos, but also to help plan and design them from the start.

This means I’d love to collaborate with someone who can:
• Help brainstorm engaging video ideas and how to shoot them effectively.
• Use their editing experience to suggest what will make a video stand out.
• Take the footage I record and transform it into polished, engaging content for social media (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, etc.).

I already work full-time with a wonderful Filipino VA and would love to add another talented person to my small, friendly team.

Requirements:

? Strong skills in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
? Good storytelling sense and understanding of pacing for short-form content
? Ability to collaborate and communicate ideas for video shoots
? Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently
? (Bonus) Knowledge of social media trends and basic graphic design or motion graphics
