Enki is building the Bloomberg + Palantir for the Energy Transition: a market intelligence platform that tracks global clean-tech signals — from hydrogen and fuel cells to carbon capture and e-fuels — and transforms them into actionable insights for strategy, product, and R&D teams.

We’re scaling fast and looking for a Growth & Marketing Automation Specialist to help us expand Enki’s reach through intelligent automation, storytelling, and AI-driven marketing systems.

Role Overview

This is a hybrid growth role: part marketing strategist, part automation engineer, and part content operator.
You’ll build growth workflows that connect Enki’s data and AI outputs to audiences — automatically, intelligently, and at scale.

Your goal: make Enki’s marketing engine self-learning, measurable, and continuously improving.

Core Responsibilities
1. Growth Automation (n8n / Zapier / Make)

Design, build, and maintain marketing automations across CRM, analytics, and publishing workflows.

Automate campaigns that connect Enki’s insights with users via HubSpot, LinkedIn, or email workflows.

Create lead scoring, segmentation, and enrichment pipelines based on engagement data.

Ensure automations are reliable, documented, and scalable.

2. AI-Generated Content

Build and manage AI content generation workflows for articles, summaries, and landing pages.

Use LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to create structured, brand-aligned drafts.

Connect LLM pipelines to WordPress REST API for “generate ? preview ? publish” automation.

Collaborate with the content team to refine tone, accuracy, and messaging.

3. Analytics & SEO Growth

Track KPIs across website, SEO, and lead channels using GA4, GSC, and HubSpot analytics.

Identify growth bottlenecks and create experiments (A/B tests, landing page variations).

Implement SEO and backlink strategies that drive organic growth.

Build dashboards to visualize performance metrics (traffic, leads, content velocity).

4. Content & Campaign Coordination

Partner with the content team to publish data-driven stories and reports.

Help manage and promote automated M&A articles, partnership updates, and clean-tech market insights.

Assist with distribution: newsletters, LinkedIn posts, and targeted outreach to high-value audiences.

5. Systems Thinking

Diagnose and fix bottlenecks in WordPress, analytics scripts, and automations.

Continuously improve workflows for speed, tracking, and conversion accuracy.

Collaborate with engineers on integrations between Enki’s AI engine and marketing stack.

What You’ll Bring

Experience with n8n, Zapier, or Make for automation.

Strong understanding of marketing workflows, CRMs, and growth analytics.

Working knowledge of LLM tools and AI content workflows (ChatGPT, Claude, LangChain).

SEO and growth marketing experience: keyword research, link building, and content optimization.

Familiarity with WordPress, Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and HubSpot CRM.

Bonus: basic coding knowledge (JavaScript or Python) for API-based automation.
