Virtual Assistant — Community Management (Part-time, Daily)

About the role
We run a free community of 10,000+ creators/editors. You’ll be the friendly first touch: welcoming new members via DM, keeping conversations active, and (using our scripts) guiding qualified people toward our paid community.

What you’ll do:
- DM outreach & welcome flow
- Send a welcome DM to every new member (we provide templates).
- Proactively reach out to existing members (10k+) to re-engage and qualify interest in the paid community.
- Following conversations up and handle basic objections using the provided scripts.
- Community engagement (inside the platform)
- Post conversation starters (we provide scripts).
- Reply to comments, tag useful resources, and keep threads active
- Surface great member wins for us to feature.
- Inbox & support (resolve with templates or escalate when unsure)
- Respond to all incoming messages promptly and politely.
- Keep light CRM-style notes: who was contacted, status, next step.
- Flag common questions/objections so we can improve scripts.

Success looks like:
- 100% of new members receive a welcome DM within 24 hours.
- Daily reply time < 12 hours; week-over-week engagement (comments/DM replies) trending up.
- Qualified hand-offs and conversions to the paid community from scripted outreach.

You are:
- A clear, warm communicator (C1 English).
- Disciplined with follow-ups and tidy notes.
- Comfortable working from templates, and knowing when to ask for help.
- Have a stable internet connection

Nice to have:
- Experience with community platforms (Skool/Discord/Facebook Groups), basic CRM/Sheets.
- Prior DM sales or member success experience.

Availability:
- 5-7 days/week, light daily coverage (approximately 1–3 hours/day spread across the day).
- You’ll be reactive to member responses; we don’t expect full-day availability.

- Templates/DM scripts (we provide)
- Simple tracker (Google Sheets/Notion) for outreach status
