Ad Growth Hacker (Social & App Ads)

You live in ad platforms. You know
You're obsessed with the numbers. CTR, CPC, CVR, CAC, LTV. You know which metrics matter and which are vanity. You've scaled app installs, driven e-commerce sales, or grown consumer tech products through paid social and app store ads.
You're creative, but data-driven. You know that great ads combine psychology, design, and iteration. You test dozens of variations. You kill losers fast and pour budget into winners.
You move fast. You don't wait for approvals or perfect creative. You ship, learn, and adapt.
What You'll Own
You'll drive user acquisition for Fluer (social ads) and our mobile apps including PDF Editor by Desygner and other iOS and Android apps through paid advertising. This is high-volume, performance-focused work across multiple products.
Your work includes:
Planning, launching, and scaling paid social campaigns
Managing app install campaigns across Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, and social platforms
Creating and testing ad creative (copy, images, video) to maximize performance
Building and optimizing funnels from ad click to signup/install to activation
Analyzing campaign data to improve ROAS, lower CAC, and scale efficiently
Running A/B tests on targeting, creative, copy, and bidding strategies
Collaborating with design, product, and marketing teams to align on messaging and creative
Managing ad budgets across multiple products and platforms
Staying on top of platform changes, new ad formats, and growth hacking opportunities
You'll own the numbers. If campaigns aren't performing, you'll figure out why and fix it.
What We're Looking For
Paid advertising expertise:
3+ years managing paid social and/or app install campaigns (performance marketing for consumer or SaaS products)
Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably (show us the numbers: ad spend, ROAS, CAC, installs)
Deep knowledge of
Experience with ad creative strategy and testing (you know what makes people click and convert)
Strong analytical skills (you're comfortable in spreadsheets and analytics tools)
Growth hacker mindset:
You test constantly and aren't afraid to fail
You're scrappy and find creative ways to win (not just outspend competitors)
You move fast and iterate based on data
You're comfortable managing multiple campaigns and products simultaneously
You stay curious and keep learning (platforms change constantly, so do you)
Bonus points:
Experience with mobile app growth (app store optimization, in-app events, retention)
Background in consumer apps, design tools, or SaaS products
Video editing or design skills (you can create quick test ads yourself)
Familiarity with TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, or emerging platforms
