What I need – A Virtual Assistant to help grow my online trading card shop

Base pay: 200 PHP per hour + performance bonuses
Hours: Flexible, aiming for full-time (around 40 hours per week)

Requirements:

Strong written English and attention to detail
Experience with Shopify, eBay, or Canva (training can be provided)
Reliable internet connection: minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload (speed test required)
Must attend short Google Meet calls for training and weekly updates
Self-motivated and able to follow instructions carefully

Trial period:
The role will begin with a paid 1–2 week trial to assess skill, communication, and consistency before moving to full-time employment.
