JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a rock-star executive assistant. You’d be working one-on-one with the founder + the rest of the team and outside stakeholders.

This is a long-hours position. There will be a lot of things where you are expected to pick up quickly and help with.

You must be a fast learner. If you don't love to constantly learn new things and figure things out on the fly, don't apply.

Responsibility:
Do accounting tasks
Do hiring tasks
Set up Facebook ads
Do occasional outreach
Other ad hoc tasks
Take notes during Zoo ---------- etings
Find ads with a ton of engagement
Make comments advertising our offers
Reply to ad comments
Book flights


Requirements and skills:
Ability to learn quickly.
Perseverance
Must have great attention to detail.
2-3+ years of experience as AE or relevant experience
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Be aligned with the core values

Ideally, you have significant experience with either 3 of these:
- Bookkeeping
- Sales calls.
- Software development
- Using AI tools for video editing.
- Measurably driving revenue for a US-based company between $1 and $50M annual revenue.
- Hiring
