Video editor/content creator

I'm looking for someone with experience in CapCut that knows how to create templates. I need a template that is due by Saturday October 19. This template has to be in my cap cut account and have a shareable link so that I can have other users create videos with the template it must follow this format:
1. hook (first line) start with a compelling question or statement
2. value proposition (body) highlight video slash story slash testimonials
3. call to action- a clear next step creating urgency when appropriate.

With these templates it should have graphics transition music etc. but also keep it easy and simple for other users to plug and play their own videos and pictures to the template

The first template must be completed by Saturday October 19th then depending how that template turns out I will need about five more or so
