About Us
FUN Creative???? (Tokyo, Japan) captures proposals, pre-weddings, elopements, and weddings across Japan.
We’re looking for a full-time photo editor who can consistently match our cinematic, candid style and become part of our long-term team.

Role Overview
Employment: Full-time, long-term
Software: Capture One (required)
Compensation: Pay per project edited
Collaboration: Follow detailed SOPs, communicate clearly, and join a weekly online meeting (30–45 min, JST)
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities
Edit full image galleries in Capture One, matching the provided references and maintaining a consistent tone.
Export final deliverables with correct naming, color space, resolution, and metadata.
Keep project folders organized and tidy on cloud storage.
Communicate proactively and follow editing instructions precisely.
Must-Haves
Strong Capture One experience (sessions/catalogs, advanced color, layers, styles).
Ability to match a provided look/style accurately.
Reliable and detail-oriented with strong discipline for deadlines.
Fast internet connection (include a speed test).
Reliable computer capable of handling large RAW sets.
Comfortable communicating in English (written + spoken).
Nice-to-Haves
Photoshop skills for light retouching (skin, hair, small distractions).
Experience editing wedding or portrait galleries.
Familiarity with Capture One styles/recipes and efficient batch workflows.
Experience using cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox) and gallery platforms (Pic-Time, Pixieset).
Typical Projects
Proposal / Couple Session: 40–120 images
Wedding / Elopement: 300–500 images
Turnaround Time:
Proposal: 2–3 days
Wedding: 5–10 days
Compensation (Pay per Project)
Please include your expected rate for:
100-image session (light retouch on ~10–15 hero shots)
300-image wedding (light retouch on ~30–40 hero shots)
500-image wedding (light retouch on ~50–60 hero shots)
Also include your rate per 100 additional images.
Performance bonuses and annual rate reviews will be provided for consistency and reliability.
Work Hours
Flexible schedule (output-based).
Must attend one weekly meeting (JST) for updates and feedback.
