JOB OVERVIEW

VAAS ( ---------- ) is a modern creative partner for marketing teams and brands.

We help brands and agencies produce high-quality videos on a subscription model — combining editing, motion design, creative direction and in some cases creative strategy into a seamless process.

Our clients include tech companies, startups, and venture firms — all looking for scroll-stopping, brand-aligned video content that feels different.

We’re not a “content farm.” We care about design, storytelling, and taste.

-About the Role-

We’re looking for a Creative Operations Producer — someone who brings taste, structure, and clarity to our creative process.

You’ll be the bridge between our founder, editors, and clients — translating ideas into creative direction, managing workflows, and ensuring every video feels on-brand and intentional.

This role blends creative direction and operations.

You’ll help shape visual and storytelling concepts and make sure the process behind them runs smoothly.


-What You’ll Do-

-Turn client goals and brand guidelines into clear, creative briefs
-Work with editors and designers to concept short-form videos and campaigns
-Review drafts for storytelling, pacing, and visual consistency
-Manage task flow across Trello boards and keep projects on schedule
-Communicate with clients (when needed) to clarify goals or gather assets
-Maintain a brand “taste profile” for each client — tone, color, music, typography, etc.
-Curate visual references and examples to guide creative direction
-Ensure every deliverable meets both creative and operational standards
-Continuously refine VAAS’s internal workflow for faster, better results

In the beginning, you will still have some editing responsibilities as we ramp up your role and SOW.


-You Might Have Experience As-

-A video editor or designer who moved into management
-A producer or creative project manager at a design or video agency
-A creative lead or post-production supervisor who loves both structure and creativity


You’re a Great Fit If You:

-Have strong taste and an understanding of storytelling, branding, and composition
-Can adapt your creative sensibility to match different client styles
-Understand how to brief editors or designers effectively
-Are organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving creative bottlenecks
-Communicate clearly and confidently in English
-Thrive in a small, fast-moving team where you can make a big impact
-Have experience in or have explored AI creative tools

-$1,500–$2,000 USD/month (based on experience)
-Fully remote
-Flexible hours with some overlap in U.S. mornings
