Cleaned Pristine Solutions is a fast-growing commercial cleaning company serving Tampa, St. Pete, and Clearwater. We value professionalism, reliability, and organization. We’re hiring a Virtual Operations Coordinator who can manage daily communication between management, clients, and on-site cleaners.

The Role

You’ll act as our remote hub — making sure jobs run smoothly, clients stay informed, and employees stay accountable. You’ll assist in hiring, scheduling, and monitoring cleaning teams while reporting progress and issues to ownership.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with cleaners on attendance, task lists, and updates

Confirm daily check-ins and job completions

Communicate with clients about service issues or schedule changes

Manage onboarding docs and project spreadsheets

Support owner with staff training and performance tracking

Ensure field reports and photos are submitted on time

Requirements

Excellent English (verbal + written) for clear client communication

2+ years in operations coordination, team leadership, or virtual management

Strong Excel/Google Sheets and task management skills (Trello, ClickUp, Jobber)

Detail-oriented and comfortable handling multiple projects at once

Dependable — responds quickly and follows through without constant supervision

Preferred

Experience in cleaning, construction, logistics, or property management

Familiar with employee monitoring or GPS attendance tools

Understanding of basic scheduling / dispatch concepts

Schedule & Pay

Full-time role with U.S. Eastern Time overlap

Monday -Friday 10am-4pm -(30 hrs/wk) — U.S. Eastern Time overlap required
