Aurex Agency is a systems-building company that helps established businesses automate their marketing, sales, and client management processes. We design complete CRM infrastructures — including automations, dashboards, and AI-powered workflows — so our clients can scale efficiently without extra staff.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy VA to help us build, manage, and optimize systems inside GoHighLevel and related tools. If you’re organized, reliable, and love turning chaos into clean, automated workflows — you’ll fit right in.

Responsibilities

Build and customize GoHighLevel accounts for clients (CRM, pipelines, automations, forms, calendars, triggers, etc.)

Create email and SMS campaigns, follow-up sequences, and automations

Assist in snapshot duplication and workflow management

Maintain client dashboards and reporting automations

Manage basic AI integrations (chatbots, call workflows, etc.)

Perform QA testing of automations before client delivery

Support onboarding by setting up forms, appointment calendars, and CRM users

Document SOPs and maintain organized project files in ClickUp/Notion/Drive

Communicate daily via Slack, Loom, and Google Meet

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

Experience working with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRMs (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.)

Understanding of workflows, triggers, and automation logic

Strong written and verbal English communication

Highly organized, fast learner, and detail-oriented

Comfortable using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), Google Sheets, Slack, Loom

Preferred (Bonus):

Familiarity with AI tools (OpenAI, ChatGPT, voice bots, etc.)

Experience setting up appointment systems, forms, and follow-ups

Graphic or funnel-building experience (Canva, ClickFunnels, etc.)

Prior experience in digital marketing agencies or automation teams
