Coderx.ai is developing an AI-driven platform designed to make medical coding, auditing, and billing faster, more accurate, and less stressful for healthcare professionals. Before building, we want to hear directly from experienced coders and revenue cycle experts about the real issues inside today’s workflows.

Purpose of the Interview
We’re conducting short, structured interviews with current or former professionals in the medical coding and billing industry. Our goal is to understand exactly what’s broken in day-to-day operations — from documentation quality and payer rules to software inefficiencies and workflow bottlenecks.
We’re looking for people who can clearly explain the pain points that waste time, reduce accuracy, or cause denials and burnout.

Who We’re Looking For
Individuals currently or recently working in one or more of these roles:

Certified Professional Coders (CPC, CCS, RHIA, RHIT, etc.)

Coding Auditors or Supervisors

Revenue Cycle Managers or Billing Specialists

HIM Directors or Compliance Officers

Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialists

You should be actively working with or overseeing coding in ICD-10, CPT/HCPCS, E/M, DRG, or HCC/Risk Adjustment environments.

Where current coding software and workflows break down

Common errors, denials, or payer challenges

Manual steps that could or should be automated

Documentation issues between providers and coders

Audit and compliance pain points

Ideal workflow or feature improvements you wish existed

Interviews are remote, confidential, and last 30–60 minutes via Zoom or Google Meet. Participants must have real-world coding or billing experience. Your insights will directly influence the design of Coderx.ai’s next-generation medical coding platform.
