JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing real estate company based in Los Angeles, California, dedicated to building lasting partnerships and delivering quality service in property management, leasing, construction management, and property acquisition.
This is not a part-time or short-term position, and we are not a recruiting agency. Hired applicants will be directly employed by the company and will work closely with the owner and office manager.
We want to strongly emphasize that we are looking for someone who is committed to a long-term working relationship and does not have other job obligations. The ideal candidate is fully available, dependable, responsive, responsible, and eager to learn.
We welcome fresh graduates who are ready to grow, learn, and build their career with our team over time. Office hours will be 9:00am – 5:30pm (Pacific Standard Time)
Duties & Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Financial Management
• Record and categorize daily income and expenses for multiple commercial properties.
• Reconcile rent collections, deposits, and tenant payments with accuracy.
• Prepare monthly financial summaries, expense reports, and payment logs.
• Monitor outstanding balances, issue payment reminders, and assist in collections follow-up.
• Maintain organized digital records of invoices, receipts, and financial documents.
• Assist management in preparing ledgers, spreadsheets, and basic financial dashboards for review.
• 40-50 Transactions per day
• Our company mainly uses AppFolio and QuickBooks Desktop.
Administrative & Leasing Coordination
• Track lease expiration dates, renewals, and compliance-related documents.
• Assist in drafting Letters of Intent (LOIs) and summarizing key lease terms.
• Coordinate property tours, schedule appointments, and collect tenant feedback.
• Maintain and update the leasing pipeline, showing each prospect’s current status.
• Support communication between property management, tenants, and brokers.
Marketing & Listing Support (Light Tasks)
• Create and update marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and simple social media posts.
• Post, refresh, and manage property listings on LoopNet, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, and similar platforms.
• Assist with basic updates to the company website or listing pages.
• Design simple “For Lease” window ads and signage mock-ups for vacant spaces.

Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare weekly status reports summarizing leasing activity, collections, and inquiries.
• Maintain trackers for property expenses, marketing performance, and tenant communications.
• Generate ad-hoc reports and provide administrative support to the management team as needed.
