This is not a “quick TikTok edit” role, we need someone who understands the purpose behind each video and can deliver creatives in multiple different styles.

-Part-Time initially, potentially Full-Time later (negotiable based on output, availability, and capability).

The Role
You’ll work directly with the founder on the brand and client projects. Clients are typically in construction, home building, and renovation industries.
Video Editing
- Edit Meta ads, organic Reels, testimonials, and before-and-after videos.
- Confidently work from RAW footage (professional camera, drone, b-roll).
- Adapt to multiple styles - from real estate to cinematic to high-energy Meta ads and authentic Instagram Reels.
- Add text overlays, match cuts, speed ramps, transitions, branded elements, and simple motion graphics when needed.
- Create multiple variations of each ad (different hooks, formats, or CTAs).
- Maintain folder organisation and version control on Google Drive.
Graphic Design
-Create ad graphics, social media posts, and visual elements for use in videos.
-Design clean, brand-consistent visuals based on provided brand kits.
Workflow & Collaboration
-Upload and manage deliverables via Google Drive.
-Track progress inside Notion or other project management software.
-Receive and implement feedback via Loom video notes.
-Communicate clearly and proactively flag issues early.

You’ll Need
- Strong editing experience with Meta ads, social media Reels, and testimonial content.
- Ability to adapt tone and pacing depending on platform and audience.
- Proficiency in your preferred tools (DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
- Working knowledge of Canva or Photoshop for graphic work.
- Reliable computer setup, fast internet, and ample storage for large video files.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and confident working independently.
Bonus (not essential):
-Familiar with Australian brands or the building/construction industry.
-Understanding of ad psychology, pacing, and viewer retention principles.
