Graphic Designer (Meta Ad statics, Klaviyo emails, Shopify web assets)

Our caffeine gum range is trusted by elite athletes and sports teams across the AFL, NRL, and Super Rugby, as well as thousands of everyday Australians. The Role

We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer based in the Philippines with strong experience in Meta Ad design, email design, website creative and social media graphics.
You’ll be responsible for bringing the ZUUM brand to life across every digital touchpoint — from designing scroll-stopping Meta ads and Klaviyo emails to creating engaging content for our website and social media channels.

This is a part-time role with clear scope to transition to a full-time position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Design static creatives for Meta

- Create high-performing visuals that fit ZUUM’s brand tone and drive engagement

- Design social media graphics for organic and paid use across Meta and TikTok

- Email & CRM Design

- Design and build high-impact Klaviyo emails

- Create cohesive email visuals that reflect seasonal campaigns, launches, and offers

- Ensure consistency across mobile and desktop formats

Website & Digital Design

- Design Shopify banners, landing page assets, and promotional graphics

- Support product page updates and campaign launches with fresh creative

- Maintain strong visual consistency across the entire e-commerce experience

Requirements

- 2+ years experience as a graphic designer in e-commerce or consumer brands

- Strong portfolio showing Meta Ad and email campaign work

- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

- Understanding of performance-driven design principles

- Excellent communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively

- Fluent in English and confident collaborating with an Australian team

Nice to Have

- Knowledge of CRO or ad performance metrics

- Experience working with lifestyle, sports, or wellness brands
