We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Service & Digital Support Coordinator to join our growing team. This role combines exceptional customer service with hands-on digital marketing support. You’ll be the friendly first point of contact for our customers, while also assisting with social media content, CRM management (Klaviyo), and basic digital marketing uploads.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Provide outstanding customer support via
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, feedback, and issues.
Manage order queries, shipping updates, returns, and exchanges.
Maintain accurate customer records and feedback logs.
Social Media & Content Support
Assist in scheduling and posting across social media platforms (Instagram,
Support the marketing team with basic content uploads (photos, captions, hashtags).
CRM &
Assist in setting up and scheduling
Support with A/B testing, campaign tagging, and basic analytics tracking.
Digital Marketing & Administration
Upload website content such as banners, product updates, and promotional assets.
Coordinate with marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure consistent branding.
Provide light administrative support, including data entry and reporting.
Key Skills & Attributes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Friendly, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
Basic understanding of social media scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Meta Business Suite).
Familiarity with Klaviyo, Shopify, or similar platforms preferred.
Comfortable multitasking across customer service and digital tasks.
Qualifications & Experience
1–2 years of experience in customer service, marketing, or a similar role.
Experience with CRM or
