Responsibilities

Develop, train, and deploy advanced machine learning and AI models for real-world applications.

Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, research) to integrate AI solutions into products and workflows.

Continuously evaluate and improve model performance through experimentation and optimization.

Stay up to date with the latest research in AI/ML and identify opportunities to apply new techniques.

Contribute to the design of scalable AI systems and infrastructure.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field (Ph.D. is a plus).

Proven experience developing and deploying ML models in production.

Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical modeling.

Familiarity with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI is a strong advantage.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with MLOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Open-source contributions, research publications, or hackathon achievements.

Knowledge of reinforcement learning or large language models.
