Real Estate Virtual Assistant

About the Role
We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant with experience in RP Data and ID 4 Me to help create a database of house sellers. This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, organized, and detail-oriented with strong English communication skills.
Main Tasks
Use RP Data and ID 4 Me to find and verify property owner information.
Build and update a client database of homeowners and potential sellers.
Record and manage data accurately using spreadsheets or CRM tools.
Conduct basic research on properties and locations in Queensland, Australia.

Requirements:
