Lead Caller

Unmarked Aesthetics, a nurse-led med spa located in Vinings, GA, is seeking a reliable and friendly Virtual Assistant to call and follow up with leads interested in Botox and other aesthetic services. Your main role will be to contact potential clients, answer basic questions, and schedule appointments through our booking system.

Responsibilities:
    •    Call warm leads and follow up via text or phone
    •    Provide brief information about services (no sales pitch required)
    •    Schedule appointments and confirm bookings
    •    Maintain a simple daily call log

Requirements:
    •    Excellent communication and phone etiquette
    •    Comfortable speaking with clients about beauty and wellness services
    •    Available to make calls during U.S. business hours
    •    Experience in customer service or appointment setting preferred

Pay: Hourly or per appointment (to be discussed)
