Digital Support Coordinator (WFH)

We're looking for a Digital Project Coordinator to join our growing team to manage a broad range of digital support engagements and to provide project support to our Senior team. The role sees you proactively managing our clients digital products, working in collaboration with our UX, Digital Strategy and Technology teams to optimise experience, performance and security.

Requirements:
-Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role managing a broad breadth of digital products, systems and tools
-Great communication skills and experience in delivering a positive customer experience as this role is client facing.
-Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and communicate project progress.
-An ability to autonomously gather client requirements in order to prepare project and task documentation and briefs. As part of the briefing process, you will need to conduct an initial investigation for technical issues before escalation to the team.
A good understanding and ability to navigate content management systems such as WordPress, Shopify and Webflow.
End to end coordination to complete simple website projects.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Conduct quality assurance checks on development work to meet quality standards.
Supporting Senior Digital Project Managers with complex website projects as needed.
Experience in applying critical thinking and a solutions focussed approach to client challenges.

Nice to haves
-Experience with Jira and Confluence
-Some technical background or basic understanding of code
-Experience working in an agency environment
-Experience in quality assurance testing of digital products
