Tech-Savvy Virtual Assistant – Go High Level + AI Systems

Training provided! If you’re tech-savvy, resourceful, and eager to learn, this role is for you. You’ll be working directly with the founder of a fast-growing AI-powered marketing company — building automations, websites, and systems that integrate AI into real business workflows.

We’ll train you on advanced AI tools and automation setups, but you must come with a technical foundation and the ability to figure things out independently using Google, YouTube, or ChatGPT.

This position starts part-time (around $5/hour USD) with the opportunity to grow quickly to full-time as your skills expand. Bonuses, raises, and leadership opportunities are available for initiative and performance.

Your Technical Skill Set Should Include:

Experience working inside Go High Level (CRM, workflows, pipelines, automation's, etc.)
Ability to build and edit websites in WordPress or Go High Level
Ability to create landing pages with forms, calendars, and simple funnels
Basic understanding of integrations (email, SMS, phone, or API connections)
Proficiency using Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive for documentation and tracking
Familiarity with ChatGPT or other AI tools for research, setup, or automation assistance
(Bonus) Experience with Canva or Photoshop for light graphic work — not required, but helpful

Ideal Candidate:

Above-average technical ability and strong problem-solving skills
Must have Go High Level experience or other CRM/automation platform experience
Knows website building using WordPress or Go High Level
Comfortable using and learning AI tools (ChatGPT, automation platforms, etc.)
Self-starter who takes ownership and figures things out independently
Reliable internet connection and clear English communication
Positive, growth-minded attitude and willingness to learn new systems

Compensation & Growth:

Starting pay: around $5 USD/hour (? $400–$600/month)
Fast-track growth to full-time with regular raises
