Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM PST (10-hour shift)

Job Summary
We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead and scale our fast-growing moving company’s sales operations. This role combines hands-on sales execution with leadership and strategic oversight. The ideal candidate will participate in day-to-day sales activities, manage and mentor Sales Specialists, and drive revenue growth by optimizing performance across advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Yelp, Thumbtack, Angi, and Facebook. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, monitoring KPIs, and reporting on key metrics to senior management.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily sales operations, supervising and mentoring Sales Specialists to ensure targets and KPIs are met.
• Actively participate in sales activities, handling high-value leads, negotiating with customers, and closing key deals.
• Manage lead-generation performance across platforms (Yelp, Thumbtack, Angi, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, etc.).
• Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports for management, highlighting trends, challenges, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine ad messaging, targeting, and pricing strategies to improve conversion rates.
• Ensure proper lead qualification, accurate quoting, and alignment with company pricing and service standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM/booking tools.
• Partner with dispatch, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth coordination of booked moves.
• Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, repeat business, and overall sales efficiency.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity, preferably within the • moving, logistics, or service-based industry.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team, set performance goals, and monitor KPIs to achieve revenue targets.
• Skilled in CRM management and reporting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly, close deals, and resolve client concerns professionally.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data to drive strategic improvements.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities and follow-ups in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
• Reliable internet connection, professional home workspace, and willingness to work in U.S. Pacific Standard Time (PST).
