I am seeking a Rock Star to enjoy a Full Time creative, fun, and inspiring Virtual Assistant position.
With the experience of strong design skills to support various social media platforms, email campaigns, and basic website design. As well, can offer excellent administrative skillsets.
Your tasks may include:
1. Graphic Design – (Indesign/Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva) Social Media and marketing graphics
2. Social Media - Researching, monitoring and managing comments and feedback, inquiries through Messages, Content creation, Schedule Posts, Designing Content with Canva and Photoshop, Increase organic Traffic, manual invites, create promotional marketing content and suggest improving social media marketing strategy plan.
3. Basic landing page design - Leadpages / ClickFunnels
4. Wordpress - Basic website updates and blog posting assistance
5. Facebook/Instagram Ad Campaigns
6. Mailchimp - Monthly Newsletters, Weekly email campaigns, CRM management
7. Streak – CRM management
8. Basic Video editing
9. Private FB groups – assistance with comments and feedback
10. General Administration – Creating Google docs and spreadsheets, creating dropbox files, filing, emails to customers, and typing up documents

Salary starts at $320/monthly and can increase depending on your skills, experience, and performance.
Note we are Pacific Standard Time and would need to overlap time zones during each daily shift. It is mandatory that you use 1Password on all devices and accounts pertaining to our company. Also, you must be willing to do a video Skype interview.
