Cold Email Operations & Inbox Manager (Smartlead / Instantly / Clay)

Our company, Elevate Clients Inc is hiring a Cold Email Operations & Inbox Manager to oversee daily outbound operations across multiple campaigns. This role involves setting up and maintaining inboxes, building and enriching lead lists, managing campaigns inside Smartlead or Instantly, and ensuring responses are tracked and organized for the team.

Responsibilities

Set up and manage inboxes and domains inside Smartlead or Instantly

Upload and organize campaigns, sequences, and sending accounts

Build targeted lead lists using Clay, Apollo, or similar tools

Enrich, clean, and segment data before uploading

Monitor campaign performance and manage replies within each inbox

Keep clear documentation of inboxes, campaigns, and client data

Support outbound tea ---------- mbers with lead updates and campaign adjustments

Requirements

Experience with Smartlead, Instantly, or similar cold email platforms

Experience with Clay or other enrichment and automation tools

Strong understanding of lead sourcing, list building, and data organization

Comfortable managing multiple inboxes and maintaining consistent communication tracking

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts at once

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with Apollo, D7 Lead Finder, or comparable tools

Knowledge of cold email campaign structure and list segmentation

Basic spreadsheet proficiency (Google Sheets, Airtable, or Notion)

Prior experience working with agencies or B2B outbound teams
