Virtual Operations Assistant for Marketing Agency (Part-Time Growth Opportunity

ABOUT CREATIVE PARTNER:
We're a full-service marketing agency in Lansing, Michigan providing website design, Google/Facebook ads, SEO, and Go High Level implementations for small businesses. We're growing fast and need an organized, tech-savvy VA to manage operations while our founder focuses on sales and delivery.

ABOUT YOU:
You're highly organized, learn tools quickly, and don't need micromanaging. You can take chaotic information and create organized systems. You're proactive and comfortable working independently.

STARTING RESPONSIBILITIES (Week 1-4):
- Organize and maintain Google Drive with proper folder structure and naming conventions
- Set up project tracking in ---------- for client website projects
- Set up internal operations tracking in ClickUp
- Create basic SOPs as you learn our processes
- Process meeting notes and create action items

ONGOING RESPONSIBILITIES (Month 2+):
- Manage and organize Google Drive (file documents, maintain structure)
- Track all client projects in ---------- (websites, ads, SEO)
- Manage task assignments between owner, freelancers, and clients
- Handle client communication follow-ups via Go High Level (SMS, email, phone)
- Prepare client reports and ROI documentation
- Schedule meetings and manage calendar
- Create and update SOPs for agency processes
- Coordinate with white-label partners and freelancers
- Maintain Go High Level workspace organization
- Process invoices and proposals

TOOLS YOU'LL USE:
- Google Workspace (Drive, Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
- Go High Level (CRM, client communication, proposals, invoicing)
- ---------- (client project management)
- ClickUp (internal operations)
- Claude AI (for task creation and documentation)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- 3+ years VA experience, preferably with marketing agencies
- Expert level with Google Workspace (especially Drive organization)
- Experience with CRM systems (Go High Level is a bonus)
- Experience with project management tools (Motion, ClickUp, Asana, Monday, etc.)
- Self-starter who creates systems without constant guidance
- Available for some overlap with US Eastern Time
- Reliable internet and professional home office setup

BONUS SKILLS:
- Marketing agency experience
- Go High Level experience
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or SEO
- Experience managing freelancers or white-label partnerships

GROWTH PATH:
This starts part-time (10-15 hrs/week) but WILL grow to 30-40 hours/week as we scale. Strong potential to become full-time Operations Manager.
