Social Media Manager/ Builder

I am launching a new phase to my company and I need someone to build my social media platforms. I am starting from the beginning so I want someone who has experience with building and managing successful Tik Tok/ Instagram/ Facebook and YouTube pages. They must also know how to do basic video edits for posts. Please only reply if you have proven experience with designing engaging posts and can show metrics.
