The Role: We're seeking a highly organized Virtual Assistant to support various critical operational tasks, including invoice verification, customer service response management, social media moderation, and other administrative duties. This is a remote position requiring proactive monitoring and responsiveness throughout the day.

What You'll Do:

Invoice Verification: Carefully cross-check invoices to ensure accuracy and promptly report discrepancies.

Customer Service: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, providing clear, professional, and timely communication.

Social Media Management: Regularly review and moderate comments across our Facebook posts to maintain a positive and engaging brand presence.

Hourly Checks: Systematically check emails and social media posts at least once per hour to ensure rapid and effective communication.

Additional Tasks: Assist with various ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed; comprehensive training provided directly by the founder.

What You Bring:

Experience: Prior experience in administrative support, customer service, or related roles.

Language Skills: Fluent English communication (minimum C1 level), both written and verbal.

Availability: Able to work at least 8 hours daily, six days a week, with flexibility.

Responsiveness: Must check emails and social media hourly and respond promptly.

Adaptability: Quick learner eager to take on new tasks and adjust to evolving responsibilities.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous, accurate, and reliable in all assigned tasks.
