JOB OVERVIEW

Summary
We are a growing construction services company specializing in providing labor for apartment turns and rental unit rehabs for property management companies, real estate brokers, and investors. We’re looking for a motivated cold caller to help us generate leads and schedule appointments with decision-makers. Must have very strong English and sales skills.

You will be reaching out to property management companies, realtors, and investor groups to introduce our services and set up calls for me as owner and letting them know about our offering.

This is a startup role — pay starts low, but there is commission for each sale we complete and significant opportunity for growth as the company scales.

Responsibilities:
Make outbound B2B calls (20–30 hours per week)
Contact property management companies, realtors, and related businesses
Follow a basic script and qualify prospects
Schedule meetings and log call notes in CRM (we use Pipedrive)
Keep strong notes and status updates on CRM
Provide weekly summaries on leads and results

Requirements:
Strong English speaking skills (neutral accent preferred)
Confident, polite, and professional phone manner
Prior experience in cold calling or B2B sales preferred
Available to work during U.S. business hours (9 AM – 2 PM EST)
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

Compensation:
Hourly base (entry-level rate) + commission per qualified appointment
Pay will increase with performance and consistency
