JOB OVERVIEW

We are a design studio helping mission-driven organizations tell their stories with clarity and impact. We work with foundations and nonprofits to transform annual reports, campaigns, and ongoing creative needs into polished, meaningful design.

We’re looking for a right-hand person—someone who thrives on organization, clear communication, and keeping clients delighted while juggling many moving parts. You’ll act as both Client Success Manager and Operations Anchor, ensuring every project runs smoothly from onboarding to delivery.

What You’ll Own

Client Success & Relationship Management
+ Serve as the main point of contact for clients once projects kick off.
+ Manage timelines, deliverable check-ins, and client communications with warmth and professionalism.
+ Track feedback loops, approvals, and client satisfaction through Airtable.
+ Anticipate client needs — spotting potential blockers before they become issues.
+ Ensure every client touchpoint feels thoughtful, polished, and aligned with our brand tone.
+ Collect testimonials, results, and case study data post-project.

Content Coordination & Scheduling
+ Support content scheduling across email, blog, and social platforms.
+ Plan and organize monthly/quarterly content calendars (in collaboration with the Founder).
+ Upload, format, and schedule posts in tools like Airtable, ConvertKit, Webflow, and LinkedIn schedulers.
+ Maintain consistency in publishing timelines and brand voice.
+ Proofread for grammar, clarity, and tone before it goes live.
+ Keep assets, links, and deliverables organized in Airtable and shared folders.

Project Coordination & Operations
+ Manage project timelines, task assignments, and asset collection.
+ Keep Airtable databases up to date with statuses, due dates, and next steps.
+ Create project records, track credit usage (for retainer clients), and log progress.
+ Support the Founder in preparing agendas, notes, and follow-ups for internal and client meetings.
+ Help document processes and refine workflows for efficiency.
+ Oversee light admin tasks (invoice follow-ups, scheduling, file delivery).

What You Bring
+ 3+ years in project coordination, client success, or content management — ideally in a creative or agency setting.
+ Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal.
+ Impeccable attention to detail and follow-through.
+ Proficiency with Airtable.
+ Strong writing and copyediting skills; able to spot tone or grammar issues quickly.
+ Comfortable handling fast-moving projects and multiple deadlines at once.
+ Self-directed and proactive — you don’t wait to be told what’s next.
+ Familiarity with creative workflows (design, copy, review cycles) a major plus.

Ideal Personality
You’re calm under pressure, naturally curious, and thrive when things are organized. You love bringing clarity to chaos, communicating with care, and helping others shine. You take pride in being the “glue” that holds operations and relationships together — ensuring no detail slips through the cracks.

Why You’ll Love Working Here
+ Mission-driven work that directly supports nonprofits and foundations.
+ Collaborative, kind, and flexible work culture.
+ Opportunities to learn the ins and outs of creative operations at a high level.
+ Direct partnership with the Founder to shape how the studio runs and grows.
